By accessing and using the iNvoBilling Inventory system, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the platform, including all modules, features, and add-on services.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the company providing the iNvoBilling Inventory platform.
You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms by accessing or using the services provided.
2. Subscription Plans
The core modules (Dashboard, Parties Management, Product Manager, Sales, Purchases, POS, Reports, etc.) are available with any active subscription.
Add-on Modules (e.g., HRM, Payroll, Accounting, Branches Management, Pharmacy Module) can be purchased separately or as part of a higher-tier subscription.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only applicable as per the Refund Policy.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for subscriptions, add-on modules, and additional services must be made upfront through the available payment methods.
Razorpay and other payment gateways may be used to process transactions securely.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
4. Module Availability
Core modules are available to all subscribers and include:
Product Management
Sales
Inventory Management
Stock Adjustments
Reports
Add-On Modules (e.g., HRM, Payroll, Advanced Accounting, Pharmacy, Vendor Management) are available for purchase or subscription separately.
Some modules may only be available with specific subscription plans and not included in the base subscription.
5. Add-On Modules and Subscriptions
Add-ons, including HRM, Payroll, Accounting, Branches Management, and Pharmacy, are not available in the base subscription plan. These must be purchased as standalone modules or as part of a higher-tier subscription.
Users must ensure they have the appropriate subscription level before accessing specific features and modules.
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users must ensure that all data input into the system, including transactions, sales, and inventory, is accurate and up to date.
Misuse of the system or failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your account.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the platform’s account settings.
Refunds are subject to evaluation and are generally not provided after the initial 7-day trial or partial usage of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the platform after such updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination of Services
The company may suspend or terminate your account if there is any violation of the Terms and Conditions, unauthorized access, or misuse of the system.
Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and any data may be archived or deleted as per the data retention policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of India, and the legal jurisdiction will be Odisha, Cuttack.
11. Liability
The company is not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to system failures, unauthorized access, or other technical issues that are outside of the company's control.
