Refund Policy Effective Date: September 20, 2024 At iNvoBilling, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and straightforward refund policy to ensure that users are confident and satisfied with our services. Please read the terms of our refund policy carefully: 1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are available only for first-time subscriptions to iNvoBilling services. A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. The refund is applicable if you are not satisfied with the service or if technical issues prevent you from using the platform effectively. Refunds do not apply to renewals or any additional charges incurred after the initial subscription. 2. Non-Refundable Services Payments made for add-on modules such as HRM, Payroll, Advanced Accounting, and Pharmacy are non-refundable. Customizations or services that have been delivered as per the user’s request are also non-refundable. Trial periods (if offered) are exempt from refunds since they provide an opportunity to test the platform before purchasing. 3. Refund Process To initiate a refund, submit a request through our support team at [support@invobilling.com] within the 7-day window. Refunds will be processed after evaluating the validity of the request, including any technical issues reported. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. 4. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in special circumstances, such as technical faults that prevent full usage of a specific module (subject to our discretion). Refunds will not be issued for unused time in an active subscription or for partial usage of the platform. 5. Cancellation of Subscription You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods after the initial 7-day window. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your access will be suspended unless you renew. 6. Disqualification for Refund Refund requests will not be accepted in cases where: The system was used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. The platform's functionality was impacted by third-party software or integrations not endorsed by iNvoBilling. You have violated the Terms and Conditions of the platform. 7. Changes to the Refund Policy We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the platform.
