Restrictions You agree not to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of InvoBilling. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on InvoBilling. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in InvoBilling. Use InvoBilling for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Share, sublicense, or otherwise distribute InvoBilling to any third party without prior written consent from 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd. 3. Intellectual Property InvoBilling and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property owned by 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd, except as expressly stated herein. 4. Term and Termination This EULA is effective upon your acceptance and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated. 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you violate any of the terms or conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of InvoBilling and destroy all copies of the software in your possession. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty InvoBilling is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd does not warrant that InvoBilling will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. 6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use InvoBilling, even if 9VN Communication Pvt Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with InvoBilling is to cease using the software. 7. Governing Law This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
