These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invo Billing (the "App"), provided by Dharma Seervi ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Invo Billing helps small businesses in India create GST-compliant invoices and estimates, track clients, payments, expenses, and inventory. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, tax, and financial information you enter into the App.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the App.

Your data

You own the business data you enter into the App — invoices, clients, items, and related records. We do not claim ownership over it. See our Privacy Policy for how it's collected and used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent invoices or tax documents.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's operation.

Tax and compliance disclaimer

Invo Billing is a tool to help format GST-compliant invoices and reports (e.g. GSTR-1/HSN summaries). It is not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice, and we make no guarantee that generated documents satisfy every regulatory requirement applicable to your business. You remain solely responsible for your tax filings and compliance obligations.

Availability

We aim to keep the App available and your data intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, bugs, or data loss. We recommend exporting or backing up critical records (e.g. via PDF export) periodically.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently and immediately erases your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
